Our focus, in the “Trails End Dining Room”, is to provide the best fresh, natural, and organically grown foods available, served with the best possible presentation! The setting of our dining areas, with the very frequent presence of a pianist, combine to make dining a very memorable experience, that won't be forgotten. After dinner is also important, and we have created 3 wonderful quiet, lounging environments for you to relax in, whether you choose our 1871 Lodge Tea Parlor, Coffee Saloon, or our Family Lounge, you will find a place of evening comfort. 1871 Dining Room
Romantic, intimate, personal, with a majestic view-scape is what this very fine dining experience brings you! With only 24 seats, this log lodge dining room surrounds you with windows to the wilderness, a fireplace, and fine linens, that is only surpassed by the quiet attentiveness of the wait staff. We specialize in hot rock cooking, very unique fondues, great wines, a daily specials that set a standard of dining excellence. Prepare to sit back, enjoy the dining experience! Try one of the Signature Hot rock or Fondue dishes!

The 1871 Saloon
Now this is living! Spending the evenings in our unique Adults only saloon, you can enjoy our great oak pool table, the intimate atmosphere that only a log building can give you, sitting in very comfortable old fashioned wing-back chairs, while visiting with friends, meeting new ones, listening to great music, and reviewing the days activities. A great place to relax, while we serve you any of our great wines, beers, lattes, special T's, or other non-alcoholic specials. If you want to move into any of our other 2 lounges, you may wish to check out the 1871 Tea Parlour, or the 1871 Family Lounge, to enjoy a completely different atmosphere in the evening. We wanted to give our guests 3 lounges for the evenings, giving you the ultimate of evening relaxation choices.

If you're looking for a quiet, intimate, subdued environment to relax and read a book, or visit with your best friend, while enjoying one of our very special teas selected from a vast choice of natural and soothing plants, leaves, and other extracts, you will find our unique Tea Service a wonderful night time experience. Whether you choose to play chess, checkers, or read a book, this zone of quietness will help you relax and prepare yourself for a great evening of rest & relaxation. When your mood changes, feel free to wander into the 1871 Coffee Saloon or 1871 Family Lounge.

A great place for families in the evenings! A very comfortable environment for families to play pool, ping pong, or board games! This is just one of the 3 evening lounges for our guests to enjoy, so as your mood changes, you can take in the 1871 Coffee Saloon, or the 1871 Tea Parlour!
